Monthly Plans:

Customers may cancel their monthly plan subscription subject to the following refund policy:

  • If cancellation occurs before 30 days of the scheduled start date, a full refund will be provided.
  • Cancellations made between 30 to 15 days before the scheduled start date will incur a 10% deduction from the total amount paid.
  • Cancellations made between 14 to 10 days before the scheduled start date will incur a 20% deduction from the total amount paid.
  • Cancellations made between 9 to 5 days before the scheduled start date will incur a 30% deduction from the total amount paid.
  • Cancellations made between 4 days to 1 day before the scheduled start date will incur a 50% deduction from the total amount paid.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start date.

Please note: Once any visits have been scheduled within the monthly plan, they cannot be canceled individually. Customers may cancel the entire plan at any time, but no refund will be initiated for visits that have been scheduled.

Single Service:

Customers may cancel a single service booking subject to the following refund policy:

  • If cancellation occurs before 24 hours of the booked date, a 10% deduction will be made from the total amount paid.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked date.
